HUGE thanks to everyone who came out and supported Shawn's debut UK solo tour last week. It was a massive success with packed venues and awestruck fans! Each show, performance and venue was unique, ranging froman intimate church setting to a legendary heaving South London boozer.
A special word of thanks goes out to Marie and Claire McNamara & Ben and Sam Welbourn & for their much appreciated help and hospitality.
Here's to Shawn's future in Europe! Watch this space...

Shawn's new solo album, The Diamond Hand, will be officially released on the 28th April throughout Europe by Sound vs Silence. Pre-sales have been excellent so thank you!
Tickets are selling very well for the debut UK and European tour. A couple of new dates added in Edinburgh, Scotland and also a solo show in Gent, Belgium. All the shows/venues will offer a different experience and vibe so grab some tickets now to avoid disappointment!

Shawn will be making his London debut at the famous Halfmoon in Putney on the 8th May.
This is one of London's longest running, and most respected live music venues having played host to The Rolling Stones, The Who and U2 amongst many others. The show is expected to sell out fast so please get in there quick to avoid disappointment!

Shawn will play an intimate solo piano show at the National Centre for Early Music in York, England on the 7th May 2008.
This rare performance will have an early 8pm-ish start and Shawn will be available post-show to chat, have a beer and sign any items you may wish to bring.

Shawn has contributed vocals to the forthcoming album from Belgium electronica band Arsenal. The track is tipped to be the first single from their third album but the band are keeping the song title and the other contributing artists quiet for now. You can hear Arsenal at their MySpace site.

Shawn's debut solo album Let It All Begin and the 2003 release Shield of Thorns are both to be reissued by Sound vs Silence.
This will be the third time both of these albums have been reissued due to popular demand. No release dates have yet been set.

Shawn has begun work on his new "super dope" solo record.
He's spent 15 days last month at The Toybox studio in Seattle writing and recording a batch of new songs, with Joey Veneziani co-producing some of the sessions. One song, 'Protected' is described by Shawn as the cornerstone of the record.
Shawn now plans to work with Barrett Jones at his Laundry Room studio to help complete his fifth solo release.

Happy New Year!
Shawn's latest solo album The Diamond Hand is getting a February 2008 release through Utah-based independent label Sound vs Silence.
This brilliant album, previously entitled Here Come The Holy Rollers, was originally recorded in 2005 and was only previously available to buy via Shawn's MySpace site. The album will now be available via iTunes as well as physical copies in stores.
